Everything you need to set up your account, build automations, and start turning Instagram comments into customers.

1. Connecting your Instagram Account

Before you can automate replies, you need to link your Instagram Professional or Creator account to Maniora.

Go to your dashboard and click 'Connect Instagram'. You'll be redirected to Meta's official login page.

Log in and select the Instagram page you want to connect. Make sure you grant all requested permissions — we need these to detect comments and send DMs on your behalf.

2. Setting up your first Automation

An automation tells Maniora what to look for and how to reply. Click 'New Automation' to get started.

Select a specific post, or choose 'All Posts'.

Set your trigger keywords. For example, if you want people to comment 'LINK', add 'link' as a keyword. If you want to reply to ANY comment, you can leave the keyword section blank.

Write your DM reply. This is the exact message that will be sent to the user's inbox.

3. Auto-Replies in comments

Besides sending a DM, Maniora can also reply publicly to the user's comment (e.g., 'Check your DMs!').

You can add multiple variations of public replies (like 'Sent!', 'Check your inbox 📥', etc.), and Maniora will pick one randomly so Instagram doesn't flag your account for spamming the exact same comment.

4. Tracking your Success

Inside your dashboard, you'll see analytics for every automation you run.

You can track how many comments triggered your rule, and exactly how many DMs were successfully delivered.

Use this data to see which posts are driving the most engagement and sales.

5. Keeping your account safe

Maniora uses the official Meta Graph API. As long as you don't use other sketchy third-party apps alongside Maniora, your account is perfectly safe.

To avoid hitting Instagram's rate limits (which happens if you go viral and get thousands of comments in a minute), Maniora automatically paces the outgoing DMs to keep your account in good standing.
