By accessing and using Maniora Chat ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Maniora Chat provides Instagram automation tools. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms, specifically the Meta/Instagram Terms of Service and Platform Policies.

• You must not use the Service for spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
• You must only automate replies to users who have explicitly engaged with your content.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

Our Service connects to the Instagram Graph API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of the Instagram integration is subject to Meta's ongoing approval and terms. If Meta restricts access to their API, we may be unable to provide certain features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms — especially if you violate anti-spam rules or Meta's Platform Policies.

In no event shall Maniora Chat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
