Welcome to Maniora Chat. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Instagram automation software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

When you use our Service, we may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and password (hashed securely).
• Billing Information: We use industry-standard payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details — only payment status and subscription IDs.
• Meta / Instagram Data: When you connect your Instagram account via OAuth, we collect your Instagram username, page ID, and secure access tokens.
• Messaging Data: To provide automation services, we process inbound messages (keywords) and send outbound replies. We retain a log of automated message delivery statuses for your analytics dashboard.

We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service:

• To authenticate you and provide customer support.
• To process your subscription payments.
• To execute your configured automation rules on Instagram.
• To comply with Meta Platform policies and API terms.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment gateways and Meta for API integrations) strictly for the purpose of operating the Service.

You have full control over your data. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your dashboard, which immediately revokes our access to your Meta data.

If you uninstall our application directly from your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta will send us a Data Deletion Callback. Upon receiving this, we will permanently and automatically delete your connected Instagram data, automation rules, and message logs from our servers.

To delete your entire account (including billing data), please contact our support team.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including bcrypt password hashing, encrypted tokens, and HTTPS encryption in transit, to protect your data.
